A 3-year-old Canton girl who wandered away from home Thursday afternoon was found safe six hours later. LOUISVILLE, Ky. -- A Louisville mother is in jail after police said her five young children were found living in filth. Louisville Metro Police arrested 24-year-old Victoria Hall. HARDIN COUNTY, Ky. -- Kentucky State Police have arrested and charged a woman with first-degree criminal abuse, saying she severely injuring a 2-year-old girl. Police said 28-year-old Ashley Chapman was babysitting the toddler when the injuries happened. Police said the young girl is currently in critical condition at Kosair Children's Hospital.
